Mobility Training Course

Our course is certified by OXIFA and accredited internationally by the Register of Exercise Professionals, as well as locally by the Qatari Ministry of Culture and Sports (license number 2020 SALA-000341)

Our Personal trainer course offers interactive learning, fun coursework and the latest fitness education trends. The program teaches all the fitness fundamentals and training skills, including; biomechanics, nutritional guidance, anatomy, physiology, program designing as well as training principles and methodology for a range of groups and special populations such as older adults, adolescents, amateurs and professional athletes.

This course runs for 8 weeks, including preparation and assessment. Training occurs on weekends only, running from 12pm to 8pm.
