Our boxing course will enable you to grow your training business by providing safe, fun and creative fitness programs to your clients. Learn boxing striking and movement techniques as well as combinations designed by professional coaches. The course will cover everything from the warm-up, hand wrapping, stance and footwork, to boxing drills, combinations using focus pads, partner training, ab workouts and cool down stretches.
This course will run for 2 days. Training happens on weekends from 12pm to 8pm. A practical assessment will take place upon completion of the program.
